It's Fiesta time here! This is her "parade float," an homage to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the old-school Gene Wilder version). She's probably seen the movie about 30 times. It's the only thing she'll watch when she wakes up waaaaay too early on a weekend morning and we're too brain-dead to work on her calculus homework with her.
