I've been trying to teach the kids to say "I don't care for this" or "This isn't my favorite" instead of "This is gross!" at mealtime. I just tried to give Jack some broth for his tummy and when he told me it was gross, I asked him "What do we say?". He told me "Umm...this is really REALLY not my favorite." And then he puked.
Point. Taken.
